Oxxius Raises €5 Million to Accelerate International Growth
Oxxius has completed a €5 million capital raise from Go Capital and Xplore by Épopée Gestion, dedicated to funding the company’s international commercial expansion strategy for the 2026–2029 period.
A Capital Raise Dedicated to International Acceleration

This investment is designed to deepen Oxxius’s proximity to customers in its key international markets, with stronger technical and commercial support delivered through expanded local teams. Already generating 70% of its revenue internationally, Oxxius aims to solidify its leadership position in the visible laser market while maximizing synergies across its core verticals: life sciences, metrology and OEM. It will also open the door to emerging segments, including quantum technologies, where Oxxius offers some of the most efficient, quantum-system-ready lasers available.

Strengthened Manufacturing Capabilities
This commercial acceleration is supported by strengthened manufacturing capabilities, including a new robotic assembly system delivering unmatched precision for assembling complex optical systems.
Oxxius is positioning itself to meet growing international demand without compromise on quality.

2026: A Pivotal Year for Global Expansion
This announcement comes at a particularly favorable time. In January 2026, Oxxius completed the acquisition of 89 North, a US company specializing in multi-channel laser illuminators for fluorescence microscopy.
The acquisition gave Oxxius a direct operational and commercial foothold in the United States, while also opening access to 89 North’s European and Asian distribution network. The integration has already produced tangible results, including the appointment of Scott Gibbs as General Manager of Oxxius Inc., the company’s US subsidiary based in Williston, Vermont.
