Yes. Oxxius can provide tailored service agreements and preventive maintenance packages to ensure optimal uptime and extend product lifetime.

03 – How can I order spare parts or accessories?

Spare parts and accessories can be ordered directly through Oxxius or via our authorized distributors worldwide. We recommend using only genuine Oxxius components. This ensures:

04 – How do I request service for my Oxxius laser?

You can contact us via our online service form or through your local distributor. Please provide the product serial number, model, and a detailed description of the issue.

05 – Is the optical fiber covered under warranty?

No. The optical fiber is not covered under the warranty.

To help us resolve your request quickly, please include:

  • Serial number (LAS-XXXX for LBX/LCX/LPX and LNC-XXXXX for combiner and L1C system)

  • Shipping costs to Oxxius are the responsibility of the customer
  • Products must be used in accordance with technical specifications and environmental conditions

For all lasers ordered from 2024 onward, we provide a 24-month warranty.

09 – How long does a typical repair take?

Repair times depend on the nature of the issue and spare parts availability. Minor issues may be resolved within a few business days, while more complex repairs may require additional time. We always strive to minimize downtime.
