Oxxius receives ISO-9001 certification
Many growth application domains including biophotonics, metrology, imaging and graphic arts, require the availability of a set of laser wavelengths in the visible and near-UV range.
In order to address this need, Oxxius has developed two advanced product platforms aiming at offering a cost- and performance-optimized solution to the market.
With these two platforms, Oxxius is committed to offering a wide range of continuous-wave laser modules ideally suited to all instrumentation needs.

One platform relies on a diode-pumped solid-state laser (DPSS) architecture and is used in the SLIM product line. The other, the Oxxius Violet product family, is based on GaN laser diodes.
The SLIM product line is a family of continuous-wave DPSS lasers with the smallest footprint on the market. It leverages a unique technology, the Alignment-free Monolithic Resonator (AMR). AMR-based lasers inherently offer a consistently low noise and a single-frequency emission. Furthermore, this monolithic solution greatly simplifies the laser assembly process and offers long-term stability as well as a sharp reduction in manufacturing costs.
The SLIM product line has been introduced mid-2005 with the SLIM-473, a blue (473 nm) continuous-wave laser module. It has been recently expanded with the SLIM-532 and the SLIM-561. Other lasers at additional wavelengths and increased power levels are under development.
The Oxxius Violet product line is a best-in-class family of violet-to-near-UV laser modules based on GaN semiconductor diodes. It is available today at wavelengths of 405, 375 and 445 nm.
Both product platforms offer common advantages to our customers:
